I had a good 10 miler today, my foot didn’t bother me much, and I celebrated the last non-training long run. It was kind of cool out, but I wore my new thermal top from Hind, and it works great, I actually overdressed as normal (3 layers on top), so I ended up being warm and sweaty.
Most of my focus is to get back to better eating, I started taking my protein supplement again, and will start my calcium supplement tomorrow or Monday. I just have to pick up some Lubri-Flex again, and i’ll be set to go. I’m getting excited about starting training since my body is feeling pretty good. I have the Diamond Run coming up next week, along with the Jingle Bell run a few days later, its tough doing that on the first week of training, but it sets the tempo.
I’m not sure what I will be doing tomorrow, I might run a few miles, or maybe just cross-train, but I definitely have to do Pilates.
