So I can tell i’m getting more serious now since I am writing regularly in the blog here, and my body will also agree that its considering things more serious as well. I’m kind of beatin’ up a bit at the end of this training week, especially after my 10 miler this morning. So lets see, if I do a summary of issues … sore left hammy, sore right achilles/heel, sore mid-back and lower back, chaffing around the private areas (too much rubbing) … hmm, what else, oh year, i’m just tired .. Well, thats enough to tell me that its training time.

I’m starting to crave the stepback week which is coming up in just a week now … I have another at least 52 miles scheduled this coming week (same schedule as last, plus Monday), then I step back as I head to the OCean Drive 10 miler…. then right back into the hardcore running, 3 straight 20+ runs, with 10+ runs the day after! (nuts, just nuts)

I also realized that the weird ‘pregnant-like’ craving have started also … for example, I was craving a Wendys frosty during my run this morning, so I stopped and got one… it really hit the spot. Its ok now for me to eat a little extra here and there now since i’m working so hard and my weight seems to be under control (by the way, my pregnant-like comment is based on my wife when we she was pregnant, I guess I really don’t know how the cravings go)

Well, on to another week of running, the weather is looking better this week, so I’m hoping for the best ….
